More than 30 days prior: Full refund of payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee.

14–30 days prior: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Less than 14 days prior: No refund will be issued; full payment is required.

Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability. If rescheduled, your deposit may be applied to the new date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

We recommend all clients consider event insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Payment can be made via credit card/debt card on this website.

If full payment is not received by the due date, Go With the Flow reserves the right to cancel service, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Go With the Flow Mobile Bar Trailer operates as a dry hire service in compliance with New York State law. The Client is solely responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages.

Our servers reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or underage.

The Client assumes all responsibility for ensuring that alcohol is not served to minors or over-served to guests.

If your event is open to the public (e.g., a festival or community event), temporary beer, hard cider, or wine permits may be required under New York State law.

Go With the Flow can assist with the permitting process upon request.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary event permits (including venue approvals) are obtained prior to the event.

Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

We are based in Sayville, NY, and serve events within a 20-mile radius. Events outside of this area may be considered and may incur additional travel fees.

Our mobile bar trailer requires a relatively flat, accessible space for setup and operation.

No electricity is needed; our trailer is fully self-contained.

Please confirm with your venue that trailer access and parking are permitted.

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the trailer or equipment by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.

Go With the Flow is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption or misuse by guests.

While the trailer is weather-resistant, it is the Client’s responsibility to plan for backup shelter or arrangements in the case of severe weather. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Go With the Flow reserves the right to take and share photos or videos of the bar setup at your event for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials.

By submitting a deposit, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above. Any changes or special accommodations must be confirmed in writing and agreed to by both parties.
